170 Roehampton - Workplan week of Aug. 31

Work Plan and Traffic Updates for the week of August 31st:

• Major Work:

  • The main activity is formwork for tower structure.

  • Building envelope in progress with the installation of window wall at Podium levels on L9-L10

  • Regular working hours onsite will be starting at 6am to 5pm daily but expect Saturday work from 7am-5pm (as per City of Toronto Noise Exemption Permit).

• Traffic Events:

  • All gates are active – Gate #1 and #2 via Roehampton Ave and Gate #3 and Gate #4 via Redpath Ave

  • Concrete deliveries – we will have concrete trucks daily and the number of trucks will vary depending on the daily needs.

  • Slab pours on Wednesday (weather permitted), and we anticipate 15 concrete trucks, which will be entering and exiting the site through Gate #2 via Roehampton Avenue.

  • Concrete trucks coming to the site Monday/Thursday-Friday for regular pours (walls/columns). We anticipate 5-9 trucks per day, which will be entering and exiting the site through Gate #2 via Roehampton Avenue.

  • Tri-axle truck remove and return 40-yard mix-waste bin Monday-Friday through Gate #1 via Roehampton Avenue and Gate #4 via Redpath Avenue

  • 53’ flatbed trailer truck delivering rebar Tuesday/Thursday at 6am (weather permitting),through Gate #2 via Roehampton Avenue

  • Flatbed truck delivering curtain wall panels Monday-Tuesday between 7-9am, and we anticipate 1-2 trucks per day through Gate #3 via Redpath Avenue

  • Cube truck delivering window wall panels Wednesday/Friday between 7-9am, and we anticipate 4 trucks per day through Gate #3 via Redpath Avenue

  • Flatbed truck delivering plumbing material Wednesday/Friday at 7am, through Gate #2 via Roehampton Avenue and Gate #3 via Redpath Avenue

  • Flatbed truck delivering stud framing material Wednesday/Friday at 7am, through Gate #2 via Roehampton Avenue and Gate #3 via Redpath Avenue

  • Flatbed trucks delivering and demobilizing formwork materials. We expect 1-2 loads daily, which will be entering and exiting the site through Gate #2 via Roehampton Avenue.

  • Expect periodic small deliveries into the site from Gate #1 and #2 via Roehampton Avenue and Gate #3 and Gate #4 via Redpath Ave
