170 Roehampton - Workplan week of Oct 13-16
Work Plan and Traffic Updates for the week of October 12th:
Major Work:
The main activity is formwork for tower structure.
Building envelope in progress with the installation of window wall at Podium levels on L13-L14
Regular working hours onsite will be starting at 6am to 5pm daily but expect Saturday work from 7am-5pm (as per City of Toronto Noise Exemption Permit).
Site will be closed on Monday October 12th for Thanksgiving Day Holiday.
Traffic Events:
All gates are active – Gate #1 and #2 via Roehampton Ave and Gate #3 and Gate #4 via Redpath Ave
Concrete deliveries – we will have concrete trucks daily and the number of trucks will vary depending on the daily needs.
Slab pours on Friday (weather permitted), and we anticipate 15 concrete trucks, which will be entering and exiting the site through Gate #2 via Roehampton Avenue.
Concrete trucks coming to the site Tuesday-Wednesday (weather permitted) for regular pours (walls/columns). We anticipate 5-9 trucks per day, which will be entering and exiting the site through Gate #2 via Roehampton Avenue.
Tri-axle truck remove and return 40-yard mix-waste bin Monday-Friday through Gate #1 via Roehampton Avenue and Gate #4 via Redpath Avenue
53’ flatbed trailer truck delivering rebar Tuesday/Thursday at 6am (weather permitted),through Gate #2 via Roehampton Avenue
Cube truck delivering window wall panels Friday between at 8am-1pm, and we anticipate6-7 trucks per day through Gate #3 via Redpath Avenue
Flatbed truck delivering plumbing material Tuesday/Friday at 7am, through Gate #2 via Roehampton Avenue and Gate #3 via Redpath Avenue
Flatbed truck delivering stud framing and drywall material Tuesday/Thursday at 8am,through Gate #2 via Roehampton Avenue and Gate #3 via Redpath Avenue
Flatbed trucks delivering and demobilizing formwork materials. We expect 1-2 loads daily, which will be entering and exiting the site through Gate #2 via Roehampton Avenue.
Expect periodic small deliveries into the site from Gate #1 and #2 via Roehampton Avenue and Gate #3 and Gate #4 via Redpath Ave

o Concrete pours ongoing daily
o Rebar deliveries ongoing daily
• Site Access and Trucking
o Traffic control personnel remain in place at 241 Redpath Ave to support truck
movements related to material deliveries.
Week Ahead: October 13th to October 16th, 2026
Next week’s work will focus on formwork for building’s foundation.

• General Trucking
o Beyond the excavation trucking noted above, all other truck traffic this week is
expected to be infrequent.
o Traffic control will continue to ensure safe access for pedestrians, cyclists, and
vehicles around the site.
o Traffic control personnel to remain at Erskine & Redpath crosswalk with crossing
guard when increased traffic is to be expected
o All trades reminded daily about no truck staging allowed on Erskine
Community Considerations
We remain committed to minimizing construction impacts on the neighborhood.
• Noise: Formwork and material deliveries will generate typical construction noise; however,
all activities will take place within permitted working hours.
• Safety: Dedicated traffic control personnel will be present during key operations to ensure
safe passage for all road users.
