170 ROEHAMPTON DAILY TRAFFIC PLAN - week of May 18


Work Plan and Traffic Updates for the week of May 18th:

Major Work:

  • The main activity is formwork for above grade building structure.

  • Building envelope in progress with the installation of window wall at Podium levels on GF-L2

  • Regular working hours onsite will be starting at 6am to 5pm daily but expect Saturday work from 7am-5pm (as per City of Toronto Noise Exemption Permit).

  • Next week site will be closed on Monday May 18th for Victoria Day Holiday.

  • Traffic Events:

    • All gates are active – Gate #1 and #2 via Roehampton Ave and Gate #3 and Gate #4 via Redpath Ave

    • Concrete deliveries – we will have concrete trucks daily and the number of trucks will vary depending on the daily needs.

    • Concrete trucks coming to the site Monday-Friday for regular pours (walls/columns). We anticipate 1-5 trucks per day, which will be entering and exiting the site through Gate #2 via Roehampton Avenue.

    • Slab pours on Wednesday/Thursday (weather permitted), and we anticipate 5-15 concrete trucks per day, which will be entering and exiting the site through Gate #2 via Roehampton Avenue.

    • 53’ flatbed trailer truck delivering rebar Thursday at 7am (weather permitted), through Gate #2 via Roehampton Avenue

    • Tri-axle dump trucks delivering backfill material to site Wednesday-Friday (weather permitted) 2-4 loads dailythrough Gate #2 via Roehampton Avenue and/or Gate #4 via Redpath Ave

    • Flatbed trucks delivering and demobilizing formwork materials. We expect 1-2 loads daily, which will be entering and exiting the site through Gate #2 via Roehampton Avenue.

    • Expect periodic small deliveries into the site from Gate #1 and #2 via Roehampton Avenue and Gate #3 and Gate #4 via Redpath Ave

  • Advance notices:

    • Hoist erection work to start early June – no impacts, work to be done within the project boundaries

Work on site is progressing as we continue formwork for building’s foundation.

• Site Access and Trucking

Traffic control personnel remain in place at 241 Redpath Ave to support truck

movements related to material deliveries.

Week Ahead: May 18th to May 22th, 2026

Next week’s work will focus on formwork for building’s foundation.

• Concrete Works

May 18th to May 22th, 2026

▪ Concrete pours – Expected Daily

▪ Concrete truck/ Stone slinger traffic should be expected between 7:00 AM

and 5:00 PM.o Traffic control personnel to remain at Erskine & Redpath crosswalk with crossing guard when increased traffic is to be expected

• Rebar Deliveries

o May 18th to May 22th, 2026

▪ Increased rebar truck traffic should be expected between 7:00 AM and 5:00PM

• Stone Backfill

o May 18th to May 22th, 2026

▪ Stone slinger trucks will be backfilling within the property throughout the day

Traffic control personnel to remain at Erskine & Redpath crosswalk with crossing guard when

increased traffic is to be expected

• General Trucking

o Beyond the excavation trucking noted above, all other truck traffic this week is

expected to be infrequent.

o Traffic control will continue to ensure safe access for pedestrians, cyclists, and

vehicles around the site.

o Traffic control personnel to remain at Erskine & Redpath crosswalk with crossing

guard when increased traffic is to be expected

o All trades reminded daily about no truck staging allowed on Erskine

Community Considerations

We remain committed to minimizing construction impacts on the neighborhood.

• Noise: Excavation/Shoring and material deliveries may generate typical construction noise;

however, all activities will take place within permitted working hours.

• Safety: Dedicated traffic control personnel will be present during key operations to ensure

safe passage for all road users.

COMMUNITY NOTICE

Temporary Traffic Changes to Redpath Avenue & Broadway Avenue

Reason: Traffic flow will be temporarily modified to facilitate the completion of required streetscape works along the east side of Redpath Ave. and at the intersection of Broadway Ave.

Vehicle Traffic Impact: Redpath Avenue will be restricted to one-way northbound traffic from Broadway Avenue to Erskine Avenue on a 24-hour basis.

Pedestrian Impact:

Redpath Avenue:

• The east sidewalk on Redpath Avenue, between Broadway Avenue and Erskine Avenue, will be closed on a 24-hour basis. Pedestrians will be redirected to the

west sidewalk. Broadway Avenue:

• During construction hours: Pedestrian traffic on the north sidewalk will be redirected to the south sidewalk, commencing near the east corner of the parkette at Redpath Avenue.

• Outside construction hours: A temporary pedestrian walkway will be maintained along the north sidewalk.

Duration: Beginning May 04, 2026, and will be in effect until approximately May 30, 2026.

Impact Mitigation Measures:

Paid duty police officers and traffic control personnel will be present during construction activities and peak traffic periods to manage traffic flow and ensure public safety.

We kindly ask all motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians to exercise caution, follow posted signage, and allow for additional travel time.
