The Republic Residents’ Association (RRA) represents the community interests of residents at 25 Broadway Ave., 70 Roehampton Ave. and works in partnership with North Toronto Collegiate Institute (NTCI), residents of buildings adjacent to NTCI and other neighbourhood high-rises.
A major focus of the RRA since its inception has been to influence the City's plans for our neighbourhood. We participate in City consultations to maintain and promote the liveability of our community and to encourage the establishment of as much green space as possible to balance the new developments.
Development in our neighbourhood continues although it has somewhat abated because many of the buildings have been completed and others postponed. We continue to work with the City and individual developers to manage the construction.
